Q.1 What are the different levels of leadership. Elaborate it in detail.
Levels of Leadership Maxwell (2011) described five levels of leadership. These levels are Position, Permission, Production, People Development, and Pinnacle.. It is a road map for those who want to reach the highest level of leadership. It gives a learning path. It gives a clear picture of leadership. In the following section each step is explained in detail. Leadership is a term that is used in many different ways, but there are basically five levels of leadership: personal, team, managerial, institutional, and global.
Personal leadership is typically the level of leadership that people use to lead themselves. This involves influencing and leading oneself by example. Team leadership is the level of leadership that people use to lead teams of people. This involves setting goals, developing a plan to achieve those goals, and motivating team members to achieve those goals. Managerial leadership is the level of leadership that people use to lead organizations or groups of people. This involves setting objectives and creating a structure or system to support the achievement of those objectives.

What is educational leadership?
Educational leadership is a process and practice of directing and managing educational organizations, programs, and individuals. Educational leadership can be described as an integrative approach to problem solving that involves the use of both technical expertise and interpersonal skills. Q.3 Elaborate the Behavioral theories in detail.
Behavioural theories of leadership are based upon the belief that great leaders are made, not born. Consider it the flip-side of the Great Man theory, based on defined behaviour of leaders. Here, the actions of leaders not on mental qualities or internal states, but people can learn to become leaders through teaching and observation. The behavioural theories exhibited two general types of behaviour of leaders: Concern for people and concern for production, which gave two assumptions.
• As a leader’s consideration increased, employee turnover and absenteeism declined
• As a leader’s task orientation increased, employee performance rose. But, sometimes the actual findings were contradictory..

i Shaping Norms and Values
It’s no secret that today’s society is a diverse and complex one.
